How fast can I get funding?

Real estate, SBA, and equipment financing typically fund within 14–28 days. Aged shelf corporation programs deliver an initial $100K in 30–90 business days, with larger amounts funded in 90–180 days.

Our network of lenders offers loans ranging from $1,000 to $100,000 for qualified consumer/home-improvement customers (CA & TX minimum is $2,000). For business funding, we place capital from $50K to $10M+ — and unsecured aged shelf corporation programs deliver $100K to $2M+.

What are the best loan terms available?

Applicants with excellent credit may qualify for rates as low as 6.24% APR with extended repayment terms of up to 144 months (12 years) on home improvement financing. Aged shelf corporation programs start at 2.75% plus prime with 5–15 year terms.

What documents are required?

For most funding we start with basic business info, recent bank statements and an ID. Many real estate investor and shelf-corp programs require NO hard credit pulls, NO W2s and NO bank statements. We send a short, plain-English checklist after your consultation.

Are there any fees?

Our consultation is always free and our model is performance-based. SCN Finance lenders charge no penalties for early repayment and no processing fees on loans of more than $40,000. For loans under $40,000, some lenders may charge an origination fee between 1% and 6% — no-fee options are clearly highlighted on the offers page.
